This morning I sat by the pond watching the wildlife and listening. I heard birds calling, a Sandhill Crane giving a warning when I got too close, the splashing of the ducks as they dove for food and took their baths, the beating of wings as birds flew by, squeaking of cars, traffic...I love the sounds of morning by the pond.
