Today was one of those rare days for Catherine and I. A day to spend together with absolutely NOTHING that we had to do. We slept late, went out to lunch, went to the Monteagle Winery for a wine tasting, took a nap, and then went for a walk. As we set out on our walk, the sky was getting dark and stormy-looking with some lightning. At that point, we headed back to the dorm and then tried to find someplace to eat dinner. Most of the places closed early - either because of the storm or because most of the students were gone for Spring Break. So, we ended up back in the dorm cooking one of our old standbye favorites - Piggy Dogs and Shaped Macaroni and Cheese (Cars, this time!) and watching Tomb Raider. It was a wonderful day full of rest and conversation and just being together.
